Fraunhofer IISB (Cibiyar Hadakar Tsarin da Fasahar Na'ura) da ke Erlangen da kuma kamfanin kera tsarin plasma na microwave da rediyo PVA TePla AG da ke Wettenberg suna haɗa ƙwarewarsu a cikin wani dakin gwaje-gwaje na haɗin gwiwa don samar da lu'ulu'u na aluminum nitride (AlN).
A matsayinmu na ƙasashen Turai na farko, wannan haɗin gwiwa yana ba da damar samar da ƙananan ƙwayoyin AlN masu siffar monocrystalline tare da diamita na inci 2 don dalilai na bincike da ci gaba. Wannan yana inganta samuwar ƙwayoyin AlN a Turai sosai, wanda hakan ke hanzarta haɓaka na'urori da tsarin da ke tushen AlN da kuma sauye-sauyensu zuwa aikace-aikacen masana'antu.
Nitride na aluminum yana ɗaya daga cikin kayan aiki mafi kyau ga ƙarni na gaba na kayan lantarki masu aiki mai kyau. A matsayinsa na semiconductor mai faɗi-faɗi (UWBG), AlN yana buɗe sabbin damammaki a cikin photonics, lantarki mai ƙarfi, na'urorin lantarki masu yawan mita, da na'urorin lantarki waɗanda ke aiki a ƙarƙashin yanayi mai tsauri. "Tare da PVA TePla, muna ba da gudummawar kwarewarmu a fannin bunkasa lu'ulu'u na masana'antu, ta haka ne za mu samar da abubuwan da ake bukata don canja wurin zuwa aikace-aikacen siminti."

A cikin dakin gwaje-gwaje na haɗin gwiwa, Fraunhofer IISB tana amfani da fasahar sarrafa PVT (jiki na jigilar tururi) don samar da lu'ulu'u masu girman inci 2 na AlN. A cikin wannan tsari, ana tururin foda na AlN a cikin wani bututun ruwa a yanayin zafi sama da 2000°C sannan a saka shi a kan lu'ulu'u iri. Ana ƙara sarrafa lu'ulu'u na AlN da aka samar a cikin Joint Lab a Fraunhofer IISB zuwa substrates na AlN masu shirye-shirye, kuma ta hanyar kamfanin bincike da haɓaka samfura na Erlangen LZE GmbH, musamman an canza su zuwa ci gaban masana'antu da hanyoyin haɓaka girma.
