Wolfspeed ya ce, ingantattun ƙayyadaddun bayanai na sifili na wafers ɗin SiC mai girman 200mm a kauri 350µm da kuma abin da ake da'awar an inganta shi, wanda ya jagoranci masana'antu wajen yin doping da kuma daidaiton kauri na epitaxy na 200mm yana bawa masu kera na'urori damar inganta yawan amfanin MOSFET, hanzarta lokaci zuwa kasuwa, da kuma samar da mafita masu gasa a duk faɗin motoci, makamashi mai sabuntawa, masana'antu, da sauran aikace-aikacen da ke da girma sosai. Kamfanin ya ƙara da cewa, waɗannan ci gaban samfura da aiki na 200mm SiC kuma ana iya amfani da su ga ci gaba da koyo don samfuran kayan SiC na 150mm.
